Order statuses, and cancelling an unpaid order
Updated 2 min read
Orders in the side menu lists every purchase on the account, newest first: new orders, extensions, bandwidth top-ups and reactivations each appear as their own row. Open one to see what it bought and where it stands.

The order page explains the current state in words, shows the totals and the payment method, and lists the proxies the order delivered.
Cancel an unpaid order
- Open the order from Orders.
- Click Cancel this order and confirm with Cancel order.
Nothing has been charged, so there is nothing to refund, and the stock goes back on sale. Only new purchases can be cancelled, and the button does not appear once payment has started. An unpaid order also lapses by itself at the time shown on its page and ends as Expired.
Charged, but the order failed
If the page says the order did not go through but you were charged, the money stays on your account as balance. It is yours to spend or to have refunded under Refunds: what comes back, where it goes, how to ask.
A paid order cannot be cancelled from the dashboard. For a delivered proxy you no longer want, see the refund rules first, then write to support@proxyhive.io.
